Ingrid von Wantoch Rekowski

Director (theatre – opera – performance – video – installation)

Lucilia Caesar

Founded by IvWR in 1994, Lucilia Caesar is a laboratory of theatrical creation run in close cooperation with a tight-knit group of artists. Combining genres and codes, the company’s projects question the conventions of performance and are characterised by an imaginative and radical musical language. This language has been able to impose itself thanks to the involvement of major partners – theatres, opera houses, festivals and museums – with whom the company has collaborated over the past twenty years.
